The National Institute of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recognize acupuncture as an effective form of treatment for many physical illnesses.

Meet the Acupuncturist

Andrew Stockman Licensed Acupuncturist

After graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008 with a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine, he and a longtime friend and colleague founded Peoples Acupuncture in Minneapolis. After practicing there and elsewhere in the Twin Cities for 2 years, Andy was offered a prestigious internship in Washington State with the largest and most successful privately owned acupuncture clinic in the country.

Having learned advanced pulse diagnosis, acupuncture techniques, and Chinese herbal therapy with a master in the field, he returned to the Twin Cities to continue practicing and honing his skills. Andrew has two undergraduate degrees in the Biological Sciences, and Environmental Science. He is a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant.
